My Current Wishlist

So I keep trying to put these products to the back of my mind but they keep creeping back up. I can't help it i want them so I decided to mentally add them to a wishlist and hope that I can treat myself to one or two of these items within the next couple of months.
Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick
This has had lots of rave reviews and it looks so effortless to apply. I love the quality of Bobbi Brown products. I do have a high end Lancome foundation but it is quite thick and full coverage that I just can the bothered to apply part from on special occasions but I can imagine using this daily. Or at least that is what I have convinced myself.
Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheap Pencil - Pink Venus
After seeing this on another blog it looked absolutely beautiful on the lips and it seems like a subtle pink perfect for the season. The fact that it is waxy and more towards a full lip colour than just a liner has me sold on this product.
Soap & Glory Archery Brow Pencil
I've tried numerous brow pencils that always look crap but the fact this has a felt tip like nib on one end gives this more precision than ones I've tried in the past. I do love my Benefit Brow Zings but I'm hoping this would be quicker to use and more fuss free.
Soap & Glory Supercat Liner
Liquid eyeliners always look more black than kohl and since I got a felt tip like liquid eyeliner with a past Glossybox I've never looked back. I love how effortlessly you can get a cat eye flick and the staying powder has been good. I've never tried this Soap & Glory one but I do want to now my other is running out.
So that's my current lustings, if you have tried any of these products I would appreciate your opinions so if you want to leave me a comment I would be grateful. X

Recent Beauty Purchases

So with my impending motherhood I have been trying not to spend money on myself as we still have a long list of baby things that we need. Anyway sometimes you just need a treat and some things are essential.

Here is what I have recently picked up:

Nuxe Reve De Miel Handcream
Woop I've finally got a full size of my favourite handcream ever! I had the travel size which is how I feel in love with this stuff as it smells gorgeous and leaves your hands feeling silky soft and not greasy. At £10 a pop it's not cheap but luckily we had a M&S voucher that I used for this.

Nivea Sensitive Day Cream
This is new out from Nivea and is currently cheap in Boots on a introductory offer at about £3. I've been after a new facial moisturiser as I have been using The Body Shop Vitamin E cream but it's not been working for me. With being pregnant my skin especially on my face is more red and irritated and easily gets itchy. Urgh thanks pregnancy hormones. So I wanted a cream that would work with my skin and to feel soothing on it. Thankfully this works like magic and it has SPF 15 so a great all rounder.

Soap and Glory Glow All Out
I've had my eye on this highlighter for a while as I have cream highlighters but no powder ones and who can resist a Boots 3 for 2 offer. This is a nice pink toned highlighter and a little goes a long way. You also get a good amount of product for the money.

L'Oréal Nude Magique Eau De Teint Foundation
So my favourite foundation Benefits Oxygen Wow has nearly ran out and I can't afford to repurchase it so I have looked around for a cheaper light weight foundation alternative. I am hoping that I've found it in this but I don't know yet I've only tried it once and it didn't look great (settled into dry patches) but I will try again with different application techniques and with and without a primer. I have read so many rave reviews for this stuff that I am not giving up on it yet. I have got the shade Porcelain which I hope will be a match.

L'Oréal Nude Magique Blur Cream
Again my beloved high end Benefit Porefessional is running out and I can't afford to repurchase it so I am hoping this could be something similar. I am really just looking for something so smooth out my visible pores and to cover my cheek redness. This did seem a tad greasy but I decided to try it over the Maybelline Baby Face Pore Eraser as I'd read terrible reviews on that product.

So these are my recent purchases that I am hoping will be worth the hype and not a waste of money but time will tell.

My Picks of the Christmas Gift Sets

So it's getting to my favourite time of the year Christmas! I've already started my Christmas shopping and today I've put together my Christmas wish list.
Most of my favourite brands have released their Christmas gifts sets already on Debenhams, Boots and Selfridge's so I've spends a few hours this morning picking and choosing my favourites and here they are:

Origins Morning to Night Set £40
I've never tried Origins skincare and this set looks like a perfect introduction to the Ginzing range which is much raved about in the bloggersphere so I want to try it out.

Urban Decay Vice 2 Palette £42
Urban Decay are like the holy grail of eyeshadow palettes and this one looks like it could be the best yet. It looks so versatile as it has neutral shadows all the way the deep smokey eye colours I wan to this so bad.

Soap & Glory Power Trip £20
How cute and is this? I love something that is compact with lots of different products squeezed in. I've been wanting to try the highlighting powder for a while now so I can test it in this. This could be one of the presents that I end up buying myself early as I can't wait until Christmas day.

YSL Babydoll Mascara Set £24.50
I was hoping YSL would bring out a gift set that included a lipstick or 2 or even a whole bunch of like Illamasqua have but I can keep dreaming besides it would be hundreds of pounds. I just want lots of YSL lipsticks Ok, that's my dream as they are my favourite. Anyway I need a new mascara and this one looks pretty and has good reviews so it's made my list. You also get a make up remover which isn't a bad thing.

Ciate Mini Paint Palette £25
How cute is this set, seriously I love this! I don't own many nail polishes so a set like this would be a quick way to bulk up my collection and to bring some variety into my life.

Clarins All About Lips £18
I think this one is a good price and all the colours are nice and wearable, I think this one is definitely a winner.

So that's it my Christmas list, I hope my husband is reading :-)

Have you started your yet? What do you think of mine, I think everyone will be wanting the Vice 2 palette this year and I have a feeling it will sell out eek fingers crossed that I get one.
